Interlock Routine Monitoring Systems

Routine monitoring through process challenge devices (PCD) is not only required by DIN EN ISO 17665-1 but also by the Robert-Koch Institute to make statements about the ventilation, steam quality and steam penetration on hollow goods. The innovatibe Interlock routine monitoring system BDpro can be used as an alternative to the conventional Bowie and Dick test. The Interlock LCpro is a batch related process control for steam sterilisers that are ventilated by pulsed flow vacuum stages.

  • Especially developed indicator system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 11140-1 type 2
  • Long colour stability and self-adhesive properties of the sterilised indicator strips allow a long-term documentation
  • High-quality and durable materials
