Before (pre-)cleaning instruments with narrow channels, such as Frazier aspirators and intramedullary reamers, it is essential to use a round brush which is perfectly matched to the inside diameter. If a brush is selected which is only marginally too thin, then an optimal cleaning result cannot be guaranteed. If, on the other hand, a diameter is chosen which is too large, it is possible that the instrument could be damaged. This is why Interlock off ers a range of diff erent round brushes in a variety of lengths. As such, even trocars and valves no longer present a problem. All Interlock round brushes are made of stainless steel wire and premium nylon bristles.
